1. ACCOUNT AND GENERAL BEHAVIOR

1. As a member you need to create a unique password for our site
2. We are not allowing accounts made through proxy, VPN, Lan Groups, Internet caffe, etc
3. We don't allow persons to create more then one account, use fake infos or share theirs payment processors between them and others members.
4. Your own computer can be used only by one account.
5. Any attempts to overload our server will lead to suspend your account.
6. If you bring directly or indirectly any kind of prejudicial to our website, his owner and to the staff team will lead to your account suspension.

2. REFERRALS

1. All your referrals must be unique, have theirs owns e-mails, real names, etc...
2. We dont allow using services that are selling referrals, our staff will verify and if you account will be suspected of breaking this rule, this will lead to your account suspension.
3. You can earn from your referrals from Cents earned by doing tasks on our website.
4. You agree not to be compensated by the loss of any referrals referred by inactivity which they maybe either deleted or suspended by inactivity.
5. You are never allowed to change your upline which will remain private.

3. ANTICHEAT & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

1. If you try to "hack" "sql injection" "xss passthrought" and others "happy" things this will lead to your account suspension.
2. You must not Interfere with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
3. We have the right to suspend your account for any valid reason from our TOS, or related to it.
4. You can request your account to be deleted (closed) permanently by sending a confirmation code to your personal email address. If you delete your account, you will not be able to recover it again.
5. You may not create or use any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
6. Your account will be reset, if you don't login your account for more than 30 days. The Upgraded members and the members who purchased Vacation days or Ad Packs Revenue shares, their accounts stay active and cannot be reset while their shares, vacation days or their upgrade are active.

4. PAYMENTS

1. We allow orders from "Verified Paypal", and from verified or unverified other available Payment Processors.
2. You should know that all your orders are NOT REFUNDABLE.
3. Before to make any dispute or refund, try to contact us in order to resolve any problem or issue .
4. The minimum amount to be withdraw is $1.00 for Upgraded members, and $2.50 for standard members.
5. The maximum amount to withdraw per day is from $1.50 up to $50.00 upon your membership (See the Upgrade page please for more details).
6. All the members get their cashout automatically and instantly via Payeer, Faucetpay or Perfect Money. You must be active to get paid. Sometimes, we need to complete all the necessary account verifications, and we may apply withdraw regulations.
7. If refund by mistake the money received from us we will not add them back to your account or send one more time to your payment processor account.

5. ADVERTISEMENT

1. As an advertiser you should know that advertisements (websites and videos) can not contain pornographic, racist, violence, terrorism, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult dating and adult materials of any kind.
2. As an advertiser you should know that advertisements (websites and videos) can not contain any frame breakers.
3. As an advertiser you should know that advertisements (websites and videos) can not contain or promote any viruses.
4. Videoclix.net is not related and has no partnership with any advertisement (websites and videos) shown in our website. So, any link served through advertisements is not an endorsement or recommendation by our website. Please exercise your due diligence before use.

6. REFUND POLICY

1. The purchase of advertisements is non-refundable.
2. The purchase of video ads is non-refundable.
3. The purchase of Upgrade Membership is non-refundable.

7. LIABILITY

1. We won't be liable or any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and therefore beyond our control.
2. We are not related and we have no partnership with any advertisement (websites and videos) shown in our website.
3. We won't be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements, this include every 3rd party company we depend.
4. We are not responsable for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. Is your responsability to declare what you've received and pay your country taxes.
5. We upon request can suspend your account if you dont agree our terms and your account will be suspended.
6. We are not responsable for the investments you make.
7. We are not responsible for the activity of Direct Referrals, and you are fully aware of that.
8. We have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed.
